Judy Nanette Groover is servant at The Fisherman of Men Church (FOMC). With a background in the US Marshals and a BA in Photography from Howard University, she is also the co-owner and CEO of Rock Media Concepts LLC. Judy has collaborated with international entities, contributing to photoshoots and promotions for Grammy-winning artists. Despite her successful career, she remains committed to FOMC, actively serving and leading the pastoral search with a focus on preserving her parents' legacy and embodying the church's motto of brotherly love.

Judy Nanette Groover was born 1969 in Washington, DC. She has always been a timid yet
assertive caretaker. She received her formal education in the Prince George’s County school
system graduating from NW High School. She has been a dedicated servant in the Lord’s
church, utilizing her skills at FOMC to develop marketing strategies, branding, and interior
designs for her home church.
After working for the US Marshals for almost a decade she attended Howard University earning
a BA in Photography minoring in graphic design. Go HBCU’s! She has worked with countless
international entities including but not limited to BET, Sister 2 Sister Magazine, Chartres Lodging
Group, Verity Records, Battery Records, Jive Records, ETC Media Services and many more,
conducting photoshoots, public relations campaigns, coordinated promotion and
communication efforts for Grammy winning artists, entrepreneurs, and corporations. She is co-owner and CEO for Rock Media Concepts LLC.
In her hometown, Judy has sown dedicated service to FOMC. After the transition of her family,
she has been instrumental in the maintenance and growth of FOMC on the forefront and
behind the scenes. She serves as a praise & worship leader, project coordinator, project
manager. She proudly planned and facilitated her parent’s 50-year wedding vow renewal. She
continues to be a woman of honor and has committed herself to the preservation and
continuation of her parents’ legacy. Amongst many other things, she is currently leading the
pastoral search at FOMC, living out “Where Brotherly Love Is More Than A Motto.”
